After many years of trial and error, I finally found a system that works for me, and started "Community With Caroline," changing the course of my own life, but most importantly, enabling me to help change the lives of thousands of other people as well. Join me as I candidly discuss all aspects of the “fitness” industry, my journey to food freedom, my struggles with breast implant illness, OCD, and more. Getting Back On Track
In this episode of the CWC podcast I talk about some personal difficulties I’ve been dealing with over the past two years, and what I’m doing to get back on track. Since the BII, explant surgery, Covid, and living in a mobile home, I have been more off-plan than I have been since starting my transformation six years ago. Part of the problem is that I’ve been trying to maintain the same frantic schedule that I was when I was lifting 6 days a week. But I was burnt out; I wasn’t getting the same feeling as I once was. I knew something had to change, so I began doing exercise that I truly enjoy again, primarily rollerblading. I’ve reduced my daily intake and have been sticking to it as closely as possible while not restricting myself, and things are finally starting to change. I am feeling better, more energized, and I am excited to workout again, but it took identifying and changing the things that were no longer working for me.
