In 2014, I set out to do something I’d always believed was impossible for me: achieve a healthy life balance with food, fitness, and myself. After many years of trial and error, I finally found a system that works for me, and started "Community With Caroline," changing the course of my own life, but most importantly, enabling me to help change the lives of thousands of other people as well. This week on the CWC podcast I am doling out some tough love, even sharing my own experiences of getting kicked in the box when I needed it. If you are not in a place to receive it, that is okay! My first rule with all of my clients: we all need occasional tough love, but if you aren't mentally prepared then take some space and be extra kind to yourself :)
