Under Pressure

 This week on the CWC Podcast, I discuss the increasing pressure faced by women and how it has grown since our parents' generation. Society often confines women by making them feel the need to meet specific beauty standards to be accepted or desired. Personally, I share my experience of succumbing to this pressure by getting breast implants in my early 20s and later trying steroids, which negatively impacted my health and well-being. Additionally, I touch on topics like postpartum depression, masking, marriage, s*x, the mental load of women and mothers, mom guilt, and so much more.
